What If Marvel Superheroes Get Powers of DC Superheroes
What If Marvel Superheroes Get Powers of DC Superheroes: We all love superheroes. Superheroes like Superman, Batman, Iron Man, Spider-Man, Thor and Captain America have created their own legacy over the decades. These characters are admired, preached and loved by millions. However, it’s very debatable what fascinates us more; superheroes or superpowers. So today we’ll be switching, or let’s say we’ll be adding on some extra powers to some of the famous Marvel characters. Just imagine what will happen if these Marvel characters get powers of some of the strongest DC Superheroes.
What if Marvel Superheroes get powers of DC Superheroes
Hulk and Flash
The first pair on our list is Hulk and Flash. The combo may appear a bit weird to few but if Hulk gets the powers of Flash then the Incredible Hulk will turn into the invincible Hulk. Marvel’s Green Monster is known for his unmatchable strength. The brute strength of Hulk makes him one of the strongest superhero characters in the Marvel Universe. While the lightning fast Flash is the synonym of speed. Just imagine what will happen if these two forces are merged to be one. It would be like an Elephant getting a Cheetah’s speed.
The Punisher and Doctor Fate
Doctor Fate is one of the strongest characters in DC Comics. The man’s experience, expertise and brain games are insanely impressive. However, his helmet is his biggest asset that enables him to perform various magical and mental gimmicks which can stop, if not defeat an opponent. Fate can create illusions, power projections and manipulations with the help of his helmet. On the other hand The Punisher isn’t the strongest candidate in the Marvel Universe but taking him lightly can be the most deadly mistake which any opponent can make. The Marvel antihero knows how to deal with extreme situations and barely cares about consequences. What will happen if the Punisher gets Fate’s helmet? Things would definitely go crazy and The Punisher would almost become unstoppable.
Spider-Man and Cyborg
Spider-Man is arguably the most popular and successful comic book superhero of the 21st Century. The man has established a unique place in the superhero spectrum. Spider-Man has his weaknesses and vulnerabilities but knows how to overcome any obstacle. This is what connects him to the masses and makes him special. If Spidey gets powers of DC’s Cyborg then the character will turn into a deadly version of Spider-Man, ‘Spider-Cyborg’. This will enable Parker to have access to some of the deadliest and advanced warfare technologies.
Nick Fury and The Martian Manhunter
Fury may appear as an ordinary human without any godly powers. However, that doesn’t mean Nick Fury should be taken lightly. As he’s the man behind the elite team of Avengers and its formation. Fury is also a fearless spy who can outsmart any person. Just imagine what would happen if Nick Fury gets the powers of The Martian Manhunter. The Martian Manhunter is a supremely powerful superhero from Mars. He’s like a combination of Superman and Batman in terms of powers. Manhunter’s only weakness is his past and fire. Nick Fury can definitely take care of the nightmares, which will eventually turn him into one of the strongest beings in the Marvel Universe.
Professor X and John Constantine
The main man behind the Mutants and their leader ‘Professor X’ is one of the smartest brains in the business. Professor is a master in playing brain games. The man can literally read minds and even manipulate thoughts on an individual through his mental strengths. So, we thought why to burden the old man with physical strength or power. Let’s add something special to Professor X’s arsenal. How about adding John Constantine’s powers to Professor X. Constantine is known for his dark occult practices and witchcraft. It would get insane when Professor X’s mind reading abilities will be combined with Constantine’s powers of dark occult and witchcraft.
Black Widow and Wonder Woman
Black Widow and Wonder Woman are two leading ladies of their respective universes. Wonder Woman is considered to be the first female superhero character in the comics. When talking about powers Wonder Woman is miles ahead of Black Widow. If Black Widow gets powers of or equivalent to Wonder Woman then things will take a 360 degree turn for the Marvel Superhero. This power will make her one of the strongest and standout characters in the Avengers and Marvel Universe.
Iron Man and Batman
Batman and Iron Man are kind of similar characters. Both are famous Billionaires and have an array of resources. The two despite being human have evolved themselves into one of the biggest and most important superheroes in their respective universes. The only thing that differentiates the two is their ideology, approach and use of technology. Both superheroes use technology but Iron Man is hugely dependent on his armor suit. Batman too uses a number of technologies but mainly uses his combat and detective skills in fighting an opponent. If Iron Man gets the will power, combat and detective skills of Batman. He’ll be a lethal weapon even without his armor if needed.
Captain America and Superman
Like Iron Man and Batman, Captain America and Superman are also quite similar kind of characters especially in terms of values, status and appearance. Both the superheroes are morally upright, vocal in public, synonyms of Justice in their universes. One leads the superhero team of Justice League. While the other leads the superhero team of Avengers. Both heroes are known to flex their mussels. But the only difference here is that the Captain has superhuman powers. While his DC counterpart ‘Superman’ possesses Godly Powers. Captain America can be elevated very high in the hierarchy of power if he gets Superman’s powers. In Fact he’ll become an invisible force.
Hawkeye and Hawkman
The ace archer of the Marvel Universe is a polarizing figure amongst the superhero & comics fans. Where some fans consider Hawkeye as an underutilized character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, even after having so much potential. While there is another section which believes that the archer is one of the weakest superhero characters in the Marvel Universe and is hugely overrated. We won’t get into the debate; Hawkeye is overrated or underrated. As it’s subjective and depends on your point of view. But we can at least do one thing, we can provide the ace archer a pair of Wings. And that too without drinking Red Bull.
So, who’s your favorite pair amongst these Marvel and DC superheroes? OR do you have any other suggestions of superheroes whose powers should be combined.
