Captive of Wolves is the 1st novel in the Bound to the Fae series writen by Eva Chase. Captive of Wolves’s story is told from various point of view yet the story is mostly based on Tilia. Tilia has been held hostage and tormented by the fae for quite a long time. She has endured a lot for an exceptionally long timespan, many individuals would have broken yet by one way or another she preserved. Talia is kind, daring, strong and stubborn.
They may have tormented her however she did not allow them to kill her spirit. She has taken control of her destiny, however ways that made a difference to her and that is true strength and I respect her for it. After escaping from another group of fae she understands she may have traded one jail for another. Anyway she has more occasions to get away and she is thinking, arranging, plotting her opportunity.
The potential love interests likewise have parts from their point of view. August I cherished right from the beginning, he is simply so charmingly adorable and sweet. Sylas astonished me (positively), his character wasn’t exactly what I expected yet I believe that he was actually what Talia required him to be after a particularly long confinement. The other two are actually who I thought, one who is suggestive and the other who is a complete and utter butt. The folks knew each other before they met Talia and I discover the group dynamic interesting. I can not wait to perceive how the connection among Tilia and the group develops and works out.
Captive of Wolves is somewhat long, there is a ton to manage. New fae folklore, fae governmental issues, a secret, suffering of PTSD, a love triangle, magic and many more. This book was emotional, I had such a lot of nervousness about what awful thing was going to occur. As I was pulling for Tilia and the fae realm is a very risky place for her and things weren’t anyplace close to settled. As I said the folklore is a little unique, the fae move into wolves, they aren’t wolf shifters they are viewed as fae shifters. I have gone over fae shifters in a couple different books before however this is the first run through where the fae had more wolf impulses. Also it was fascinating to see the fae governmental issues blended in with shifter type lives.
Bound to the Fae got going extraordinary with Captive of Wolves, I truly appreciated the story, was associated with the characters, and found the story loaded up with feeling. I have such countless questions and a hypothesis about Tilia that I can not wait to check whether I’m right about it. I couldn’t want to see a greater amount of the fae world in the following book and know more about what happened Tilia before she was taken. In case you’re searching for a fascinating fae or shifter story that has a dark side at that point check Captive of Wolves out and up next is Feral Blood.
