In this story writer transports the reader back to the Gulf Shores area of Pelican Harbor, Alabama. It catch up on the narrative of Police Chief Jane Hardy and Investigative Journalist Reid Dixon.

While Jane, Reid, and their child “Will” are building their connection, Reid’s ex Lauren returns into the life subsequent to being absent for a very long time and causing a great deal of headache and trouble. If that isn’t sufficient, Jane’s plate floods when her office has not one, but two murders to solve … furthermore, it is totally entwined with Jane’s memory of three missing days from her past. Colleen Coble weaves a fast moving and intense story written as third person narrative that follows Jane and Reid’s journey. As they are looking for the killer and trying to prove their child’s innocence. At the same time dealing the secrets, lies, and deceit from past, and preventing an individual from their past who is hell-bent on destroying their family. The readers will be effortlessly brought into the continuation of this well written story with its descriptive plot and setting.

The writer worked wonderfully of transport the reader back to Pelican Harbor, as Jane and Reid’s most recent investigation unfurls. The dramatization and tension is intense; and the tangled web of family drama, lies, Mystery, deceit, and grief keep the reader connected, and think about what will occur next until the astounding end to the story.

Three Missing Days by Colleen Coble has enough drama, tension, action, flashbacks and clues from the past. Recommended read for people who like reading fast paced suspense Thriller.
