Zgreb
The Celestial who overcame the Phoenix was Zgreb the Aspirant. Tiamut

Godhead silently left the earth when there was nothing left to watch over, giving no explanation for why he had created the Black Vortex. Arishem
The 4 Hosts of Earth Celestials were led by Arishem the Judge, who also unleashed “the Great Cataclysm,” a flood that nearly wiped off the Deviants. He was one of the Celestials who chose which planets to eliminate during a Celestial conflict with the Watcher race. The “Judgement War” battle between Arishem and X-Factor resulted in Arishem losing a hand to Jean Grey and Cyclops. Arishem’s unfortunate demise occurred when the Dark Celestials started their rampage and massacred their fellow Celestials. The Avengers were forewarned of the arrival of the Dark Celestials by Arishem’s body as it fell to Earth.
Exitar
Exitar was given the name “Executioner” for his work in eliminating celestial realms that the other beings thought to be unfit. Exitar wasn’t just one thing; it was a succession of Celestials who took on the role once the previous one passed away. The Celestial Executioner appeared to be functionally invincible despite Sue Storm having killed an Exitar since the other Exitar would appear when its predecessor died. The Fulcrum

During their battle against Protégé’s danger, the first Guardians of the Galaxy encountered a Celestial who was very powerful. The childlike celestial being had the ability to imitate whatever power set he came across in his role as head of the global Church of Truth. One of the most potent beings in the universe, Protégé became one when he imitated the might of The Living Tribunal. The only person with sufficient authority to judge Protégé was Scathan the Approver. Until The Living Tribunal was strong enough to take Protégé within himself, Scathan held him captive using a Celestial Muzzle.
The Phoenix Force
The Phoenix Force’s nature is constantly shifting from one story to the next, but it is consistently acknowledged as being connected to cosmic forces, making it a Celestial in many forms. By far, Jean Grey is the Phoenix Force’s most well-known host. Most readers, however, are unaware that the Phoenix initially imitates Jean and acts independently instead of corrupting and possessing her. As the Dark Phoenix, the Phoenix Force could exterminate both mutants and humans, putting an end to billions of lives after consuming and ingesting the energy of a star.
