Hulu has announced that the highly anticipated season 2 of the animated series “Hit-Monkey” will be premiering soon. The first season saw a Japanese snow monkey seek revenge after the slaughter of his tribe by joining forces with the ghost of an American assassin and wreaking havoc in the Yakuza underworld. In season 2, the duo will head to the bustling city of New York. The returning cast includes Olivia Munn, Jason Sudeikis, Ally Maki and Fred Tatasciore, and Leslie Jones has been added to the lineup. “Hit-Monkey” is co-created and executive produced by Josh Gordon and Will Speck, and produced by 20th Television Animation.
