HBO’s critically acclaimed adaptation of The Last of Us is set to return for its highly anticipated second season in April 2025. Season 2 picks up five years after the events of the first season. According to the official logline, “Joel and Ellie are drawn into conflict with each other and a world even more dangerous and unpredictable than the one they left behind.” This suggests significant character development and new challenges as the duo navigates a fractured world.
