What sets him apart is his ability to absorb various forms of energy, including gamma radiation and cosmic energy. This ability temporarily enhances his strength but he overheats.
In Wolverine #73, Red Hulk demonstrated just how absurdly strong he is by literally punching Wolverine’s face off.
The panel shows Wolverine’s skull exposed while Red Hulk mocks him, saying, “Best there is, huh?” This is a testament to his raw physical dominance.
In Avengers vs. X-Men #8, Namor, imbued with one-fifth of the Phoenix Force, took on several heroes, including Thor, Vision, and Doctor Strange.
